As Owner and Chief Digital Officer at the Carnegie Agency, Bill draws from his decades of experience creating digital platforms for the world's largest financial institutions. He provides company strategy and hands-on delivery of traditional and digital marketing capabilities.
Bill works out of our Warren County office located in Phillipsburg, NJ, with a view of the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers.

Lauren Polinski, Director, Digital Marketing
Lauren is responsible for helping Carnegie Agency clients grow by providing digital media and storytelling using Social Media, newsletters, and websites to promote our clients' brands.
She brings extensive experience working in higher education and start-up organizations, serving on a local nonprofit board, and volunteering through AmeriCorps National Service.

Dr. Thomas Tanner, Senior Vice President - Marketing
Dr. Tanner is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales at the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience from 20+ years of related services. He provides strategic guidance and has considerable agency experience with several of the largest brands.
Tom works remotely out of our Bloomsburg office in Pennsylvania.
