As Founder and Chief Strategist at the Carnegie Agency, Bill draws from his decades of experience creating digital platforms for the world's largest financial institutions. He provides company strategy and hands-on delivery and training of traditional, digital, and AI marketing capabilities.
Bill works out of our Warren County office located in Phillipsburg, NJ, with a view of the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers.
Lauren Polinski

Design & Operations
Lauren Polinski leads Carnegie Agency’s operations and manages the team responsible for delivering work across the agency’s client portfolio. She translates strategy into execution by coordinating client priorities and ensuring that projects move from concept through completion.
As the agency’s senior design leader, Lauren oversees the development of digital delivery and storytelling. Her work combines design, messaging, and performance reporting to help clients engage their audience and support measurable growth.
She has served on local nonprofit boards and participated in AmeriCorps National Service, bringing both an organizational and community-minded perspective to her leadership at Carnegie Agency.
Dr. Thomas Tanner

Dr. Thomas Tanner is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales at the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience from 20+ years of related services. He provides strategic guidance and has considerable agency experience with several of the largest CPG brands.
Tom works remotely out of our Bloomsburg office in Pennsylvania.
